Just purchased a new Ducati Supersport S in April . Craig was a great salesperson, very knowledgeable about the bike and low-pressure. He let the bike sell itself, which is how it should be. No pissing and moaning about why was I test riding other bikes at other dealers, no "you gotta buy this bike today or else" BS, etc., he just answered my questions, worked with my wife and I over a week's time, let us have test rides on multiple bikes, and lo and behold, they got a sale - and on a higher end bike that I wasn't originally expecting to buy. Marcello, the Sales Manager, was professional to work with, he drove a firm but ultimately fair deal on an in-demand bike. Hoping the service department can match the standards of the sales staff. UPDATE- 1 month later- Loving the bike! Glad I made the choice of bike and dealership.

This shop took me in as a walk in. On a cross Continental ride I found myself needing an evaluation of a frount wheel problem and some normal scheduled maintenance The technician that did the work on my machine was young but very very knowledgeable... I was not pushed by the service department in any kind of an upsell I recommend this shop for service. the sales department seem to be quite friendly and machine specific knowledgeable although I didn't nothing other than visit with them while I was waiting for my service to be completed

Well I just joined the family and I'm loving it, my wonderful wife and riding partner gave me the go ahead. Now all i dream of doing is riding with her everywhere. The guys there made the rest happen. Thanks Jax BMW motorcycles

Great gear and bike selection. If they don't have what you want in stock they will order it . Friendly staff and good maintenance shop. The maintenance shop changed my rear tire and tightened/ lubed my chain in less than 40 minutes.
