Very Good doctors; but very difficult to get in contact with anyone when needed. I’ve waited on hold for 36 minutes one time, and when I called from a work number, they picked up. I would love to give this place 5 stars because the ophthalmologist seems to be really great! But the front staff, though they are somewhat polite, they make it nearly impossible to get the simplest of information or even to request a refill. So if don’t ever plan on calling, it’s a great place. But if you ever anticipate trying to contact the office for any reason, STAY AWAY!

Impossible to get through to reception to make an appointment and long wait times. I really liked my experience with the contact lense specialist here but it’s just not worth the hassle of dealing with their phone service.

Had a 12pm appointment. I called to ask for earlier. They said come in for 9:30am. I arrived 9:30am and they denied the change, said stay. Waited for an hour and a half then left. Will never go back.

My wife and I are patients of Dr. Mogul and Dr Szlechter at KLM Ophthalmology for over 10 years. We receive thorough and friendly care from the doctors nurses and reception staff. As for the person claiming having to wait two hours to see the doctor, it is my experience that I see the doctor on the appointed time, sometime sooner. Never do I have to wait more than 15 minutes beyond my appointment time. o

The receptionist that picked up the phone today was extremely rude and unprofessional. When I asked for the next available appointment she didn’t even ask me which time works best for me or put me on hold, she just continued speaking amongst her coworkers. If the receptionist is a reflection of the providers working at this clinic, everyone should stay far away from here!

This place is phenomenal, from the receptionist in the lobby to the ones upstairs and the doctor whom administered my procedure Dr. Rastogi. I was referred here and my clinic didn't fax over my Covid-19 results however employees Anxhela and Missie were very determined and were instrumental in obtaining a copy, to facilitate my Surgery to go forward . I was over keyed. Lobby receptionist Nicole escorted and awaited until I obtained a cab for my home bound trip.Much deserved 4 & 3/4 stars.

Friendly and professional staff. Dr. Szlechter is a superb doctor and worth the travel from any outer borough/tri-state area.

Absolutely Top notch. Compassionate, dedicated extremely professional and has been working with me for 4 years to maintain my vision from progressive Glaucoma. Office appointment times always kept . I highly recommend Dr Mogil.

I highly recommended this place to everyone! The place was very clean, organized and their staff worked well also. My doctor was Elena Geller. She was a very professional and very knowledgeable person.

I was here for the first time today. And I am very happy. The doctors were friendly and helped quickly. Thanks them. I recommend for everyone! One lady works there. She is more than 70 years old but she looks young and very beautiful. Come, she will tell you secrets of how she looks so young. . Thanks to everyone who helped me today.
