Knead To Balance

Shawna is awesome. I have been attending pilates classes and using the reformer for quite a few years. I am sure that is the only reason that I am still walking around with all of my back and neck issues. Shawna is very patient with me and allowed me to work at my own speed and I am injury free today. I can't say enough about the other people at the clinic as I have been treated like solid gold. The best day for me is when I can book a back to back appointment...1st a reformer workout and then get a fabulous massage right after. I have tried other RMT's but Shawna is the very best!

After a particularly stressful and harried day, I arrived at Knead to Balance Massage & Pilates Clinic, in joyful expectation for my massage. The massage therapy service provided by RMT Shawna Cleland was amazing! She took the time to do a pre-massage consultation to get a thorough understanding of any areas of concerns. Further, she made it clear to me to "speak up" if the massage pressure was too light or too heavy. I left my 1-hour massage feeling relaxed and yet extremely energized and ready to face on the rest of the challenges in my day.

Best place in Milton to train Pilates and recover with massage therapy. I am signing up for TRX classes in the fall. Ang

Great workout and even better massage! Deep tissue massage was so healing!
