W Pilates & Barre Studio

I love W Pilates classes! Karina is an excellent instructor who is extremely knowledgeable and is able to modify exercises to all skill levels. She is enthusiastic and motivating and always keeps things interesting by including new exercises in each class. I have been taking classes with her for over 5 years (including pre and post natal) and continue to find them very challenging and fun! She pushes you to do your best and achieve your goals resulting in classes that improve your physical and mental well being. I would recommend her classes to anyone!

Karina is a phenomenal instructor. She always varies the workout to keep it interesting, but with close attention to each person's form to adjust and modify each movement as necessary. I've improved my back position immensely for my weightlifting practice and much credit is due to the complete core strength including diaphragm and pelvic floor strength that I've gained in her classes. I highly recommend her classes to everyone - as the workout will be adjusted to you, so everyone can see improvements!

I started training with Karina after the birth of my first child at the beginning of the year. I am so happy with the positive changes in my pelvic floor and core strength- I am much stronger than I used to be. I really noticed the improvement on a trip with some friends. We were late and unable to get enough seats for everyone at a show, so I had to stand. I made it through the entire show without any back pain or discomfort, whereas previously I wouldn't have lasted. Karina is such a joy and I look forward to my classes every week!

Karina is an amazing instructor! Her knowledge of Pilates and the human body compliment each other very well in order to help you get stronger. She is quick to modify exercises in the case of pain and gives options for harder and easier variations. 100% would recommend her and her classes for anyone of all ages and abilities.

Karina epitomizes excellence and enthusiasm for her profession as a Pilates instructor. Her classes are always different, uniquely challenging and - most importantly - fun. Her verbal and physical cues are spot on, and she is quick to gently correct her students to ensure they are getting the most out of her classes. I can not recommend her highly enough.
