Hot Yoga and Pilates

Amazing vibe! I got a warm welcome and an exhilarating hot workout. The staff are highly trained and very professional. They were both challenging and encouraging. Just the right mix. The change rooms are clean and the hot room is spacious and comfortable. So awesome.

At some time in life, I have decided to become more active. Outdoor activities are lots of fun in the summer time, but not as much in winter time. I have decided to switch my routine to indoor exercises. I think Hot Yoga is good as I don't like being cold. Google search of Hot Yoga in Mississauga led me to this studio. I joined after my first class taught by Lisa. All teachers and front desk are true yogi and willing to share their insight with us. I have gathered many little tips on how to do the posture correctly. Over three years practicing hot yoga, I feel my health improves. I also believe my yoga practice helps me thinking positive during my stressful moments earlier. Mind you, the hot room is really hot (40 C) and humid (40% RH). However, you will feel much better after the class was over. To get the maximum benefits, go for a membership plan. It is cost effective for me as I am practising 4-5 times a week (increased from 2-3 times when I first started).

This place is amazing. I usually don’t enjoy working out but this studio really does have an atmosphere that encourages progress, pushing yourself to your limit as well as bringing your best to every class you sign up for whether Pilates or yoga. The teachers are amazing, they really attend to you in the classes and really motivate you to push yourself so that you continuously get better and better in your practice. Apart from being amazing motivators in class, they’re great people out of class and they always remember their customers names and exude continuous bubbly personalities. At times it may feel intimidating being in this space but they have such a good way of making you feel comfortable and confident no matter your expertise in the practice. This place has not only helped increase my confidence, helped me get toned and fit but they’ve also helped me apply some of the yoga principles I’ve learn in class with my everyday life. It’s a great destressor for me from work and University and an amazing self-love practice. Lisa and Mike are honestly the most understanding and the best studio owners I’ve ever met. They have amazing customer/client focus and they really have a way of encouraging people to become their best selves. I haven’t regretted signing up, buying a membership and spending my time practicing there. Definitely would and have recommend to my friends and family of all ages. 10/10

I absolutely love this studio! Have been a part of their amazing community since it opened over 7 years ago. The owners have truly evolved the studio over the years especially with the recent addition the pilates 🔥 (want to experience an incredible workout and see results) and the kids yoga!!! This studio embodies the City of Mississauga's vision to be a world class city that is home to this world class studio. Hot Yoga and Pilates embodies what the Region of Peel is aiming to achieve-Community for Life-this studio enriches the lives of so many!! The teachers them selves are knowledgeable and passionate and the studio has great energy!

This is a phenomenal studio. The owners of the studio are so open and friendly. You get such a warm welcome and vibe, everyone is treated like family! The studio is very clean and hygenic, which is so important. I will never go to another studio, none can compare!
