I have Pilates one on one session with Miranda . She is fantastic. Very knowledgeable, empathic, easy to talk to ,very friendly ,a great teacher . There are no accolades good enough to describe her. Since I started my sessions more than a year ago, my back had been so much better with reduced incidences of severe back pain. Best thing I ever did for myself . Lucky that my sessions are with Miranda. The reception staff are also great . Service with a smile and ever willing to help I would most certainly recommend them .
I've been going here for just about 3 months now. I was encourage by my osteopath due to a continued niggle in my lower back, mainly because of poor posture and I can say that since I've been going to Pilates body studio it has made a massive difference!. All the instructors and staff as well as other students are all very friendly and you genuinely have a good time but know you have worked. If you are on any doubt just give them a go, you won't regret it .
I have been attending classes at PBS for many years. It's one of the best things I ever did. Great if you have back pain as it gives relief and for other joints too. I have 2 knee replacements and came back to Pilates very soon after each op.. The exercises I got helped me to recover very quickly. I would recommend Pilates to anyone, at least give it a try as it can change your life for the better.
Went for the mum and baby Pilates class and absolutely loved it. Stopped going once my baby started crawling, which though great, meant I had to cut my sessions short. It was really useful in getting back into shape, as after baby no2 I felt so much physically weaker. The ladies are all lovely, from the receptionist to the instructor. At my first class the instructor even checked my diasti recti to make sure I wouldn't be doing myself more damage with certain moves and positions. All in all an excellent class for mum and for baby. I'll highly recommend!
I have been going to Pilates Body Studio for approximately five years and since joining my range of movements have increased by about 80%. I have spinal problems and one of the worst things was that I could not bend forward at all. I now bend forward with ease and with no fear of my back going. The instructors are so friendly, patient, funny and knowledgeable. I love the way they explain the exercises and the benefits of doing them. Before PBS I had been to other Pilates classes but was not comfortable with the service. PBS ticks every box for me. If I had to pick one word to describe them I would say PERFECT.
Brilliant teachers who taylor classes to suit individual needs, abilities and goals. I've been coming to the Pilates Body Studio for over 3 years and would highly recommend them. I had suffered with a lack of flexibility, balance and a troublesome back before I came to them which are now all significantly improved. I've been taking the men's class with Anneke and would encourage other men to do so. She's great fun but pushes us hard to improve. There's great banter and we always have a laugh. She gives as good as she takes.
I've been coming to Pilates Body Studio to see Genine and the team for many years now. The level of care and attention to detail is superb, and truly tailored to each person's body. I highly recommend anyone to go along.
A friendly atmosphere where we are all treated as individuals. Great care is taken over our personal exercise needs or limitations. Very flexible with classes and making up classes if one is missed. Been with them over 5 years now and still benefitting.
I'm a full time Musical Theatre which involves a lot of dancing at a very intense level. Taking classes at Pilates Body Studio has helped me maintain my body's health and strength and I would wholeheartedly recommend taking classes here!
Really enjoyed attending the pregnancy pilates classes on Monday evenings with Anneke who is just great!. The class helped me keep active throughout my pregnancy and now i hope to attend the mother and baby class! :
