Knights Inn Baltimore West

All together it's survivable for 1 night but would not recommend this place to anyone. The floors look dirty the blanket on the bed has cigarette burns, smelled like smoke when we walked in (granted we did get a smoking room) just would've thought it would have been cleaned better. The shower knob is switched, and we found a roach crawling around on the floor. I checked the bed to see if I found any bed bugs, luckily I didn't find any. Staff members at check-in were nice but clearly didn't seem to care to be here.

This is a very well used Motel not altogether a safe place but okay for a night. The room was relatively clean and maintained. Pretty accurate for the price!

I wish that I could rate them at No stars because I would. However the staff is respectful but mediocre. I haven’t had any issues while staying here other than with rodents. I complained about BED BUGS recently in March of 2018 I found one crawling on the bed. I collected the sample and saved it showed Priceline and management they refunded one day out of two and let me be. This stay I stayed 4 days an was bit twice I called the health department and reported it after which I also showed the house keeping manager she saw the bites on my leg and disregarded it said she would speak to management. This is a second time and I was bit on my rib cage an arm this time. I was told nobody wanted to hold the conversation with me. I called and spoke with the Priceline customer service who emailed the Gm which doesn’t get in until Monday and it’s Saturday Stewart the old Gm who lasted about 6 months left or was fired per the House keeping manager but when you call the general number his name is still announced on the voicemail. This place is a joke an it’s out of line how they treat you knowing someone has been bit. There was an Indian guy who told me I wasn’t getting my money back and he wasn’t the Gm and I asked does he know if they have bed bugs he said if that’s the case I can check out! Okay this is how they treat a guest? Awesome

Customer service wasn't the best, and I paid $99 for a so called high end room and It was absolute disgrace. I would like to call corporate and get my money back. Definitely won't be staying there again

I'm a regular, it a cool place to hang out. The rooms aren't all that great unless you get renovated ones, but the service is great they take care of me. As long as you follow rules and have common sense this is a good place
