Motel 6 Baltimore - BWI Airport

This is the worst Motel 6 stay I have experienced. I found a bedbug in my room and was told they had to inspect the room before they could consider moving me to a different room. The toilets were dirty (dry bodily waste) and shower even worse (hair and water on floor). Several times I had to call staff for towels, and toilet paper. The price was ok, but I paid less at a Days Inn and got continental breakfast to go with it. When I returned to my room, I was switched to a different one and my luggage was tossed into the next room. I have stayed at other Motel 6 locations and my experience has not been this bad. The rooms for other locations were upgraded and clean and the staff welcoming. The staff at this location did not seem to care.

I chose your location because it is convenient and located near the public transportation and a few restaurants. I had never stayed on the floor level 1 before and I must say that I much rather prefer floor 3. In room 104 of my most recent stay the water would not get hot enough to shower and I was very disappointed in that fact. I did not go to the office to complain because I am hardly ever accommodated correctly if and when I complain. This is why I ha e no issue filling out this survey so I might possibly be compensated from my luck.

Extremely friendly people. Very clean room at a very good rate! I drive 3000 miles a week and stay at alot of different motels! This was very nice! I would sure stay again!

Spacious room, clean, modern decor, 32'' flat screen TV. Super customer service, only 5 miles from BWI airport. The best bargains rates as compared to others motels and hotels around the airport. Out side and other facilities are also well kept. Had a 2 days pleasant stay 😃.

Decent location. No frills budget hotel. Lots of fast food and convenience stores in walking distance. Bed was comfortable. I didn't expect a lot for the price .Met our needs for a music festival we attended.
