Kobe’s Japanese Steak House and Sushi Bar

Kobe's has been one of my favorite local restaurants since they opened. Not only is the food exceptional (and very reasonably priced, considering the quality), but the service is top notch, as well. The staff always goes the extra mile to make their customers feel welcome and appreciated.

Kobe's is the absolute best place to get sushi or other authentic Japanese cuisine in the Bismarck/Mandan area. Their staff are very friendly, the atmosphere is inviting, and the food is top-notch. They have regular dining, a sushi bar, and a hibachi grill area. They have many selections of sushi, hibachi, and other interesting (yet tasty) dishes. If you are looking for a good place to take someone on a dinner date, then this would be a top pick.

Kobe's has excellent service and great food. Expect a cozy dining experience or some flair with a hibatchi show! The sushi is excellent.

Placed a to go order. Food was decent. To go portions are very small for hibachi. $15+ steak and shrimp and I got 4 pieces of shrimp and my rice was in the back small portion of the plate. My vegetables were in the other back portion. I can’t believe dining in gives you the same amount of food (small) for the same price. Once mixed together it barely filled the front of my to go plate. 😫

I absolutely love this place!! Everytime we go to bismarck the family goes here to eat, the atmosphere is amazing and the food is even better! You cant go here and leave unhappy! The kids LOVE the hibachi cooks and the fun way they cook the food. The bartender is the best ive ever experienced and just all around a great place. I will be there many more times!!!
