Kohl's Midwest City

Great sales but this store is stifling hot and dry. I’d probably shop longer but I can barely manage 30 minutes. The check out folks seem miserably hot too. Also, the pants in both boys and mens are not shelved as the size indicates. I had to unfold lots of the pants because the size sticker wasn’t visible. It was folded inside the the pants. Hot & frustrating.

My favorite store! The staff is friendly and helpful. The beauty department could use a face lift though. They usually don’t have new fragrances available at this store.

Beautiful clothes. I live out of town and always enjoy different selections. Friendly staff, informative on discounts.

Great customer service! The young lady was super nice and had a great smile on her face. Store was clean and organized. Dressing room was clean as well !!

This Kohl's is obviously very poorly managed. They will have racks and racks of clothes with the small through XXL all mixed in together and none of them on the proper racks with the sizes on them. You have to check the tag on each item to find a size, The shoes are the same way. Just thrhown on a shelf with all the sizes mixed in together. I asked an employee why they didn't organize it and she said the manager said, "Just put them anywhere on the shelf." This is not the standard of excellence that Kohl's normally exhibits. I live in a metroplex with multiple Kohl's in a 30 mile radius. The others are always neat and organized. I rarely go to this one because it takes too long to go through items one by one.
