Nordstrom Rack Belle Isle Station

Great selection in men's shoes. Friendly service and fast check out. The bathrooms nice and clean. The rest of the store is organized and well maintained as well as stocked and items clearly marked. They had a nice selection of clearance throughout the store. We are glad we stopped and we will return when in the area. Good prices on great brands.

Great prices, and great selection of suits. Their email list provides you with selects sales/savings, so sign up. I was able to snag a Ted Baker suit for a fraction of what it goes for.

The staff here is incredibly friendly, especially the ones who spend their time near the front of the store. This place has a really good selection of popular and quality brands of clothes, shoes, and many more departments. What makes this place even better is that, despite the fact it is part of a chain, it is not one you come across every day. My only concern about this place is the configuration in regards to the cash registers.

I'm writing a new review of this location in light of some recent visits. In my old review I pointed out a lack of choices on the men's side. Someone named Allie told me they'd do better and a year later they absolutely have. If you're willing to put in the time some excellent deals are to be had here. The OKC Outlets have nothing on this place. This is clearly where Nordstrom sends last season's clothes and likely overstock as well. You will find plenty of high-end brands deeply discounted. The shoe section is a highlight. It has plenty of great brands and styles that are super inexpensive for the quality. If you are looking for shoes skip the mall and head straight here. As far the clothes you have to put in the work. If your a brand hound there are deals to be had. Just scour those racks. I will be returning.

I love Nordstrom Rack. Customer care via phone could use some work. My customer service representative was very rude and condescending when I was asking questions in regards to my order. I am disappointed because I have always had a great experience, especially in store.
