I love getting accessories here. They have a great selection and usually good deals. They have nice shoes and reasonable prices. Their clothes are okay but they do not carry a wide range of sizes, so I often cannot find my size. I come here frequently just to look and sometimes I find what I want and sometimes I dont.

Longtime Mall anchor chain and stand alone store in some states. Well known for being pretty pricey but has numerous Brands to suit any taste. You get what you pay for to be honest and hear you usually get good quality. And that's a good thing!

Looking to by a man's suit. Nobody around. Went to customer service and they said no body Works that department and couldn't help us. We went to Dillards got great service and very helpful. We won't use Penny's again. Quail Springs Mall, Oklahoma City.

I really avoid department stores if I can. If I have to go to one I'd rather go to Von Maur or Dillard's because the staff is nicer and the quality of the product is higher. I went to Penney's and bought a pair of jeans and washed them once and they shrunk up really short. Also making returns there is always a hassel because the employees never seem to know what they are doing.
