Friendly staff and great customer service. In particular, Michelle, the lady at the Service Center, was incredibly helpful and made easy work of our exchanges. Kohl's has the best return policy of any retail store. I definitely plan to come back to to do business here again in the future.

I love the sales they have here. Good deals all time. I have a Kohl's charge card and it's so worth it. The kohl's cash can get addicting! I love that they carry under armor now.

Nice place that is a break from the big name stores yet carries the same items great selection friendly staff may be a little higher on some things overall  would recommend 👍👌

Just remember, if it isn't on sale 50%, with 30% off, and some Kohl's cash, then you probably paid too much.  But at the right price, I find myself wearing a lot of Kohl's stuff.  Just a lot of pricing hoops to jump through.  And hate the stupidity of the "buy one get one half-off" concept.  That is not a sale.

The staff is friendly & helpful. The prices are very good. My only frustration with my recent visit was the item I bought was a returned item. The box did not appear to have been opened but when opening it once home I found the packing material was just stuffed in the box, not protecting the item and items were missing. I feel if something is returned to a store the staff receiving it should check the box before returning it to the floor for purchase. I was frustrated that I had to waste my time to go back to exchange it.
