I can't afford to shop here but here are five stars for their outstanding family room. I have changed my kid's diaper here many times. The room is always clean and is miles above the family rooms near the food court.

If you are considering doing business with this company, don't! Do not purchase any of the Handbags! Stay away from the Vintage handbags because they will not be authenticated. The Louis Vuitton bags will not be authenticated unless you purchase from their stores or website directly. You can call and check because what I am saying is true. Don't purchase that stuff if you want it authenticated and record of your purchase!

Von Maur is not what it used to be. They do not have the selection they used to have and the prices are outrageous. I have not been able to find one clothing item there in years. Maybe others with a different style enjoy it but its similar to Dillards with higher prices and not as great of a selection.
