I have had two negative experiences with the customer service staff. The first time I shrugged it off figuring it was a random thing. However, after the second time I believe that it is poor management or training. It will be a cold day in h**l before I set foot in here again. There are plenty of other grocery stores nearby where I can and will take my business.
