Great fresh fruits and veggies. The meat/poultry/fish department is something I would call adequate. Not a very great selection of international foods, which is disappointing as they are so hard to find in Hartsville. The staff do not seem to like being approached when you are hunting down a specific item which is a little outputting. Other than that, the lines are normally small and checkout is speedy.

The Bi-Lo in Hartsville is probably the cleanest and nicest place to shop for groceries. The produce is better than the competition, and they usually have a pretty good selection of fresh baked goods. The prices can be higher if you dont have a bonus card, so it is best to sign up for that if you are going to frequent the store. As much as I like the store, I usually purchase meats somewhere else due to price and selection.

BI-LO has created a shopping atmosphere of a Higher Senses Relaxed personalize "Experience". Then "Embellished" it all with economy prices that even {bland,so-called low price} Competitors would shriek to see , Below their Own Prices.

It's got just about everything you need in it for groceries. I highly recommend stopping by and giving it a try. It's prices are competitive with Walmart's but there will be items that are a miss "here and there" with competitors.

Update! Upon todays visit I felt I must revise my review. Customer Service seemed to be non-existent. When you only have 2 registers open and the lines extend to the isles, common sense dictates opening another register right? Wrong! There was another cashier or manager fiddling with price tags. Sorry, but I feel expedient customer service takes priority over price tags.
