La Abundancia

Well food look very nice but flavor are weird like no fresh. I give my food away the also got some kind of sweet bread and there fill with cheese and guava. That was good. Area it's Mayne good during day no save on the night. The 3 start it's because the bathroom was dirty i can't used. And the table for more than half hour durty.sorry i wouldn't recommend.

Had to wait 10 minutes in line. The two ladies for the night shift serves all the others in line after me after seeing me at the hot food food section. After she served the line one of the counter server comes over and asks me rudly what I wanted. I told her I would like a breakfast sandwich wrap. She says $7. After, she prints a receipt; unreadable and says $8 plus dollars. I query about it and says plus tax. I ask to speak to her manager and pushes me aside with my card. I ask another of her coworker to speak to their manager and she sarcastically says he/ she is not in. I pay for the product, leave it there and leave. Nasty service.

Food was ROTTEN !!! 05/11/2022 11:45pm The service is Horrendous and the courter person treated us horribly and all we wanted was some empanadas, she begrudgingly placed our food into the bag and when we got home we realized our flan was ROTTEN ! THE CONTAINER EXPLODED AT HOME AND RELEASED A FOUL SMELL !!! It almost made us VOMIT ! The container was full of foul smelling liquid ! THE FLAN WAS ROTTEN AND MOLD ON THE BOTTOM PART OF IT ! this place is horrible, NEVER COME HERE ! AVOID AT ALL COSTS ! I speak English and Spanish fluently but the previous time I ordered food to go I was scolded by the women behind the counter for not speaking Spanish to them saying "acá solo habla español , no nos hables en inglés " Which translates to "here only speak to us in Spanish , do not speak to us in English " After the horrible treatment and ROTTEN FOOD , I will NEVER be back here !

Poor service, multiple visit, I've waited and left with nothing twice before.. This restaurant is right outside of the E train station and frankly the only reason I've visited multiple times. Only got a few empenadas because the staff is so rude. I would make the assumption that most people feel the same.. Cashier didn't know how to use Google pay and although I tried to explain, she either didn't understand what I was saying or didn't think what I was saying was important. I gave her my debit card an she still couldn't complete the transaction. Another woman came to assist and if not for her this would have been the third sale lost. Also a line of people on their way to the airport were waiting after me and saw the incompetence of the server. Please do better. Even if the food is good which I wouldn't order just out of frustration no one besides regular customers would want to deal with the inconsiderate staff

Good typical Columbian food, pastries and coffee. Only down, it needs to be cleaned better. Garbage were full to the max tables not routinely cleaned and the bathroom was disgusting. Try harder on hygiene. It's important.Food: 3/5

I really did not like this place it looks pretty filthy no to mention the POORLY kept state of the bathrooms. In addition the food isn't the best. However after a night of dancing at a club is always a good idea to have something to eat before going to bed. Since there aren't many places open that late, therefore I had to eat whatever it was offered in this place.

Awful place, with the WORST SERVICE EVER. Avoid this place. The lady/waitress/cashier 16:30 is SOO RUDE, I mean, she's another level. I can tell she hates her job. We were asking for a coffee and she was making faces and had an attitude all the time, I asked her twice for the password of the restroom because I couldn't hear her the 1st time and the 2nd one she made a rude face and yelled at me. Just avoid this place, it is dirty and not to mention the restroom, I used it only because i really needed to. This is just a horrible bakery/restaurant.

Damn fine cup of coffee. Had to catch the early morning LaGuardia Link and had 15 minutes to kill. Walked in around 4am, super friendly and gave me the perfect cup already prepared with the sweetener and cream. Also bought a cheese Danish which was decent!

The food tastes good but the place is very dirty both outside and inside, the bathroom is very dirty and there is no soap to wash your hands, outside of the place there are garbage bags leaking and with a bad smell and inside there were flies flying over the food on display !! no hand alcohol available! When I let the employee know about the green fly inside the showcases she yelled at me and she told me: “shut up, I listened to you! this place was my favorite to eat empanadas but not anymore! Is disgusting
