Overall a clean gym with a lot of nice equipment. Had a big issue that came up within our first month of membership. Was forwarded to the VICE PRESIDENT of the district. He completely ignored the issue we had. Never tried to contact me after he assured me he would. They charged us $500 to get out of the contract after we were misleaded. Got in touch with corporate, you can’t find their number anywhere online. They said they would have this issue resolved two different times and never called me back. Completely disgusting how they handled our situation. If something goes wrong with your membership don’t expect to get it resolved. I’ve had friends that they sucked money out of and had to pay a fortune to get out of the membership. If you’re made of money i def recommend this gym for you. If you just an average joe like myself, don’t join this gym. Go to cross gates!

The equipment is top notch and the staff is friendly. We enjoy going there but they don't clean the facility very well and they don't make the members put their weights back. Minor fixes if management would toughen up.

Absolute garbage in hospitality, customer service, and overall employee attitude. The happiest I ever had management speak to us was when we cancelled. Not a single question as to why, but simply excited to quickly walk us through the process on the phone, take the cutoff fee, and be done. We left this brand new facility - a quality, name brand gym to join PLANET FITNESS simply because of how poorly the establishment runs daily business. The hours would change like mood swings when it came to the child care, and the classes would be cancelled without any notice. Do. Not. Waste. Your. Time. Or. Money.

On behalf of the Giving Hope Retreat we want to thank the staff! Thank you for working with us and being so friendly and kind. The men in our program were blessed and enjoyed the basketball court! Everything looks clean and in good condition. It was great.
