Ochsner Fitness Center - Harahan

As i travel around doing destination races I'm always looking for a place to workout or just to keep loose. When I entered this fitness center I was amazed at how clean the fitness center was and how nice and polite the staff were. Today was a swim day for me and I was overwhelmed by the pool options. I chose to swim outdoors and it's March which would be unheard of back in Chicago. It was a little chilly outside at first until I got in the heated water. After my swim I attended a really nice yoga class. I don't remember the instructors name but she was very nice and helpful in getting us into our poses. Great job to the Ochsner fitness Center, you can really feel the positive energy flowing through this place. Thank you to the Hampton Inn and Suites for giving me the opportunity to attend this great facility.

This is an amazing place with so many things to do totally safe for your kids and the outdoor pools are closely monitored by lifeguards theres a hot tub and it was so relaxing and a sauna and a steam room. I recommend this place to anyone that wants to do something with their family or friends upstairs and down stairs there is stuff that you can exercise with the staff there was so friendly and helpful it blows my my I will definitely be returning to this place shortly.

Top-notch health club...has everything for all ages and sizes, great Cafe, the poolside Cafe will open for the Summer on Memorial Day. The most complete health club I've ever been to...if you're a member, there are free yoga classes, raquet ball courts, indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs, then only in New Orleans can you sit by the health club pool and enjoy a beer or Margaritas!...food and smoothies are also great! If you want to work out,thete is a fantastic play place for kids you just have to see for yourself...no contract, stop anytime...go get the tour and spend a great Summer with your family there!

This place is a real gym. They have more than enough modern equipment in all workout areas. The members are a well mix of diverse individuals and the staff has always been professional and friendly. There are all types of swimming pools, outside and inside. The kids sports are varied, quality programs that cater to all ages. This is the best gym in the New Orleans metro area. Highly recommended. 😀

Great trainers, exceptional exercise facilities. Can not wait to go back. Lose 30 pounds, vitals are much improved. Place is clean, and where safety is utmost important.
