I had an appointment for a blood test. I showed up on time at the little window. The woman in the reception area was fiddling with her phone, did not greet me, ignored me, then got up and walked away without saying anything. I waited a while and a different person came out and never greeted me, never asked who I was and told me to have a seat. A little while later she called for me from a seated position inside, like a mother calling a child. I went to the window, and she told me to go through the door and go inside. Then she registered me and gave me instructions for a urine sample. After that she took me to a blood drawing stand where she missed my vein in one arm, so she poked me in the other arm. This was my first visit to this place and it will be my last.

Rude, distracted complaining to each other about this and that, not even hello - just "sign in"... didnt even alcohol swab arm before sticking needle in... got a "thats it" when completed... they need to spend a day or two in the customer service training room along with proper medical procedure update.

I took my 10 year-old son for blood work. He was very nervous and uncooperative. We were taken back quickly and didn't wait. The staff smoothly and rapidly managed the situation in a very professional and kind manner. The phlebotomist 'Paris' (not her real name, but she knows who she is) was awesome.

They don’t honor the appointments made via online , avoid the women if I am not mistaken name Africa .i have made an appointment for 11:30 , they can me by 12:05 I was done till 12:30 . Excuse was they are short handed .
