I came here for routine blood work and asked if I could lay down as I have a history of fainting. They said they did not have anywhere for me to do so, so I went into one of the rooms where I sat up and ultimately ended up passing out. As I regained consciousness, I asked if they had anything with sugar (juice, cookies, etc. - every other time this has happened to me at other locations, they always have something to offer that gets your blood sugar back up). The girl just said "no", didn't ask if I was okay, nothing. I called the next day to complain and found out they DID have a reclining chair. No idea why this wasn't offered to me when I told them I needed it. Nasty people with horrible bedside manner. When the giant black and blue mark on my arm goes away, I will be happy to forget this experience.

My wait was short and the lady at the front was super nice, even the girl who first came in to help me was real nice but I am a hard stick so she asked someone else to help and stick my hand ( she doesn't do hand sticks) when the girl came in she was rude, huffing and puffing. Almost like I was bothering her. It literally took 30 seconds to get my blood.

Technician had to stick me twice because she didn't read my paperwork that noted that I had multiple blood tests to be completed. Also the appointment system doesn't take into account the length of your blood test so it does not warn you if the facility will close before booking a blood test with a long wait time.

Front desk staff was very rude and slow. Stood at the front of the desk for 10 minutes just for the sign in sheet. On it, I marked that I have an appointment. Then I waited 1hr to even be registered which only happened because I finally pointed out my appointment. Apparently, there's no point to indicating it on the sign-in sheet. Phlebotomist in the back had to be shown where my good veins were, which were obvious. Staff badly needs training in phlebotomy and plain old manners.
