I came here for a routine blood draw and made an appointment ahead of time online. I had to wait about 10 mins to be seen, but once seen was in and out very quickly. Results were ready in less than 2 days to view online. Staff weren't overtly friendly or happy, but were not rude or mean either and were able to get the check-in process completed quickly.
I was afraid to use this facility after reading other recent reviews, but it's convenient location in sub-freezing temps forced my hand. Maybe I was lucky or they made staff improvements, but I received excellent, patient, and thoughtful service from both the lady at front desk check-in and the one who drew my blood a weekday @ 3p. My only complaint about Labcorp in general is they take a LOT of blood and fill the vials to capacity. Does every single vial I'm talking 9 and 11 vials in one visit need to be 7/8 full? Makes me a bit suspicious about what they're doing w/the extra blood.
The front desk staff was rude. When I came there they asked me to pay money for my visit but I have insurance which is insane in this situation. I lost my day because of this person. I need to wait for 1 month from now to do blood work. I’m super upset. Disgusting place! And people who work at the front desk.
Came for routine bloodwork on a Friday at 2:15pm, was seen right away, the phlebotomist was friendly and the blood draw was painless. One of my best experiences at Labcorp.
The women at the front desk were beyond rude and not helpful at all. I had to come back twice in one day, and both times they had a problem on their end and instead of being apologetic or polite, they were extremely rude and didn’t offer any help and made me feel like a burden. I left in tears. I will not be going back to this location.
Wonderful experience. Came here for a diabetes blood sugar test for my mother. Very easy check in at the kiosk just scan your govt issued ID, if you are in the Mount Sinai system, all of your data will already be there, you just need to verify the information on a couple of screens. You can ask for help if you do not know how to use a touchscreen there was an elderly man after us who was not used to touchscreens. It was a very short wait time. We came 6 minutes before the appointment, the estimated wait time after checking in was 6 minutes, and we were taken in for the test in about 4 minutes after check in. The office was clean and the staff was professional -- the front desk receptionist was brisk but polite, and processed multiple patients efficiently 3 new patients came in while we waited. The blood work by Juan was amazing: it was done with a light touch and painlessly, the easiest blood test my mother ever had to do. He has a wonderful friendly and patient bedside manner, great if you are uncomfortable with blood work and/or needles. After that we were done we signed the copay agreement form at the receptionist's desk just after checking in. We will definitely return to this location.
Loveliest people working there during this pandemic. When I entered the exam room, Juan disinfected the chair in front of me because he felt I looked nervous. Venecia, who drew my blood, was so cheerful and kind, not only with me but with the patient before me who was in a wheelchair and needed a lot of attention and assistance. I barely felt the needle. Wait time was short. Only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is no live person at the reception desk to field questions. Check-in is automated but efficient.
When I first looked up Labcorp online I was shocked to see such bad reviews, but I myself had a great experience. I came at an early hour and was in and out, painlessly and quickly. That's how phlebotomy should be.
The staff at this location are amazing and so friendly. Venecia was so helpful when checking in at the kiosk. Juan, who drew my blood, was gentle. I've been to other LabCorp location and they were okay, but if I have to have bloodwork done again, this is the LabCorp I'm coming to. I highly recommend this location.
Nurse was very rough and unkind. Would not listen to request to take blood from hand, hurt my arm badly. I HAVE DEEP, ROLLING VEINS AND NORMALLY THEY DRAW BLOOD FROM MY HAND. HAVE A HUGE BRUISE NOW. Also, I'm extremely concerned because she told me she was sick and tired of using masks. When I said it was for protecting patients and herself from Covid, she replied she didn't believe in that measure and that she will not get vaccinated because God takes care of her. THIS IS A NURSE DEALING WITH VULNERABLE PEOPLE! I ABSOLUTELY BELIEVE EVERYONE IS ENTITLED TO THEIR OPINIONS BUT SHE SHOULD NOT MISINFORM PATIENTS AND GIVE HER PERSONAL TAKE ON ISSUES THAT ARE OF EXTREME AND VITAL IMPORTANCE. IT IS DANGEROUS AND UNPROFESSIONAL. YOUR SERVICE AT THAT LOCATION IS AWFUL.
