Going to the office and getting the tests done was fine. I was a walk in patient and they got to me pretty quickly. I was also able to check with the person at the counter that my insurance would cover the whole amount of the tests. However, it's been three weeks and I still haven't gotten the results of my tests. I've tried calling and contacting through their patient portal but I'm not getting any answers! What am I? Chopped liver? What has the world come to when you can't call and get a person on the other end? Terrible customer support. UPDATE: I was able to reach customer support through email and they were able to link my walk-in profile to my patient portal profile. So I finally got my test results after 3 weeks. However, negative side is that I had to pay towards my deductible so this visit wasn't completely covered by insurance after all.

They charged me $1,234 even when I didn’t do the blood test. There was no indication if the cost on the website for the tests so when I went there they had no receptionist to ask, there was a sign to take a number and wait. Then I got called in and asked the nurse how much it costs for the test and when she told me the above price , I told her I don’t want to do the tests. So did NOT do the test yet they charged me the full amount. I even asked her if there will be any charges and she said no there is no charge, so I left . Then they send me a bill 3 months later for the same above amount! How ridiculous is that!

[reviewed during covid-19] Went on a Friday afternoon and near closing time so I was expecting the worse according with the online reviews. Instead I can easily give 5 stars to the phlebotomist that was doing the check-ins and the blood work on 1/15. 4 stars because of the location.

I’ve had my blood drawn over 50 times and this was by far the worst experience! Not only was the lady extremely rude but the site of the blood draw very painful, itchy, uncomfortable. Dont recommend

This has to be THE nicest, cleanest, most professional facility I have ever been to. I went during noontime, expecting delays and lots of impatient people. What I experienced was far from this. The assistant, Neith pronounced like "Keith" but with a "N", was very professional and courteous. There were two other patients and she handled each of us with respect and due diligence. I plan on coming to this location for ALL my lab work in the future! Plus, I have been recommending this place to all my friends and colleagues.

I was sent to LabCorp after an unsuccessful attempt to get blood taken at the doctor's office. After several attempts by the phlebotomist AND the doctor, it seemed to be a lost cause. Today, Naith at LabCorp not only took my blood on the first try, without any pain, but she was so sweet about how scared I was. That was the best experience having blood drawn that I've ever had. I spent more time saying "wait, that's IT? you're DONE?" than I did in having the blood taken.

AMAZING!!!! Staff was very pleasant, thorough and patient! I would recommend them to anyone.

Ridiculous front desk, she picks up who she wants to serve first and who can go to the doctor's office first. Can't be more unprofessional.

Set an appointment online for 2:00pm on 6/04/2018. I walked in at 1:50pm and I was out by 1:56pm with my blood taken. One of the best experiences I have ever had at a lab facility, the staff was quick/attentive/ and the woman who took my blood made one quick insertion of the needle and took my blood with incredible speed. Probably one of the best doctors office experiences I have had.
