I interacted with Belinda today when getting a test done and she was incredibly helpful and patient. The order I had from my provider had an issue with it and she was incredibly gracious about it, allowing me to call her on a direct line multiple times throughout the day to check on if the new order had been received yet. She also saw me right away when I came in for my scheduled appointment time, so it was a very efficient visit. Belinda made a stressful situation far easier and definitely deserves five stars!
Too many bad reviews, I was expecting very bad experience but everything was smooth and fast the last 2 times I went there for blood work, you can confirm you are there in the app and no one was in the line. The result came back fast in 2 days. They kept canceling my appointments the first time around every night before the day of the appointment couple times because of office constructions or something that was very inconvenient and there was no phone number to reach them. But that could have been from miscommunication between their website and that branch so it may not have been the branch's fault.
Terrible... they told me I have done my blood work already... what?!?!?! As if I enjoyed going through this awful service. Also, he wanted to charge me and it's fully covered by my insurance. As soon as I said it should be covered he didn't say anything... what...?! On top of that they didn't send the labs to my doctor! Now I have to go again.
I made an appointment online the day before and they saw me right away when I arrived. There was a problem with my lab order which was from out of state. She spent time trying work it out, including calling her supervisor then my doctor's office. She apologized and explained the situation in a way I could understand. She was very professional, patient and friendly, and went out of her way to help, which I really appreciated.
I went over there today because a provider told me I needed to do blood work. My arm is still killing me. Like I've done blood work in the past so am used to the sting and discomfort of it but the pain I felt when the needle was inserted is something Ive never experienced with anyone else. Like i can barely move my arm and the mark where the needle went in has actually gotten bigger even though it's been hours. Like where that women inserted the needle is far out of the area where anyone has ever drawn blood from me that am seriously concerned right now. I had to stop her after the fourth tube because the pain was just getting worse. I really hope that this places hires experienced people with the right qualifications and don't just give needles to anyone in need of a job.
Agree with all the previous comments, this place has no kindness at all especially for a medical related service place. It asks people to wear masks but it doesn’t provide any. It’s a medical place! I challenge Quest corporate to evaluate their supply stock. The staff named Melinda is particularly rude and kick people out because of this and unwilling to help with a mask offer. There are masks in this place - I see them! If you can find another location to get your blood work done elsewhere, I’d highly recommend it. It’s not worth seeing all this rudeness in people here.
If I could give this place zero stars, I would. The wait was long and the lady who took me in for a drug test treated me like dirt on the bottom of her shoe. My company ordered a drug test and she said I had 4 minutes to pee and stood outside the stall loudly counting down the minutes. Needless to say I was pee shy and she said that I would have to wait 1.5 hours until the next time I try. I asked her if that was because of the filled appointment schedule or because of regulation and she didn't say anything...meaning it was just "her rules." Awful experience and never coming back to this location. These so-called nurses and phlebotomists need to be monitored and have training in working with people. They are a liability waiting to happen.
Super disorganized, unprofessional, and extremely frustrating. The staff have no idea what they're doing here. I've had to go here for bloodwork multiple times. On my first visit, they nearly forgot to do half the tests that were clearly on the paper from my doctor and then they insisted my husband come in early for his appointment they claimed because fedex had to pickup the blood before 10AM? My doctor has sent many people here and specifically said before NOON. We didn't argue and just wanted to be done. On another occasion, the check-in screen was broken and no one could check in. However, after opening the doors at 8AM I had an 8AM appointment, the first of the day, the staff member disappeared, and we waited after mentioning the screen didn't work we assumed the staff was setting up etc. The staff member comes out at 15 minutes and says "you'll never be seen if you don't check in", to which we say we mentioned the screen was broken as soon as the doors opened. On yet another occasion I booked an 8AM appointment and the office was totally closed until 8:15. I booked my appointment months in advance given it was my pregnancy bloodwork. The next available morning appointment would be over a week later so I decided to wait and be late to work. As others have noted, they don't even take patients in the right order. Despite having been waiting since 7:50 for my 8AM appointment, I wasn't seen until 8:40, after another patient. Rude, incompetent, and unprofessional. The stress of coming to this place will induce a miscarriage so even though it's a 10 minute walk from my apartment, I'll plan to go to literally any of the other locations going forward.
I went here for some basic bloodwork and was the only patient in the office. A tech was sitting in one of the rooms. I said "Hello" and she said that she was finishing a document and to sit down. Ten minutes later I got up and peeked into the room, she rudely said "Sir, I said sit down, I'll be with you in a minute." I got up a third time and she had left the room. I snapped a picture of her work station. You can see in the picture how extensive her "document" was. Also, she left her phone open to a casino slot-machine app game. What a joke...
Avoid this place ! The staff is so rude and unwelcoming. The person that drew my blood literally punctured the needle in too deep. I felt a terrible burning sensation to the point that my vein is still throbbing.
