I had an appointment on 10.25.22 and was seen by Annie for bloodwork. There were several tests so the amount of tubes was more than usual. I do not do well with needles so we had to stop in the middle of the process because I was getting very dizzy and almost fainted. Annie was very patience and kind the whole time. I returned the next day and as soon as I checked in Annie came out and brought me in. She had a fan, ice pad and alcohol pads ready so I would be more comfortable and prepared this time in case I got dizzy again. I was impressed with everything she did. I have been coming here for several years and this time definitely was impactful.

I would also like to give Annie the technician a shout out. I arrived a few minutes early for my appointment today and my name was called within 5 minutes! Annie was the consummate professional - efficient, friendly and before I knew it, she had drawn two tubes of blood from my arm. I highly recommend this location and if you're lucky, Annie will be your technician too!

Had an appointment for 8:30am and was seen a few minutes after 8! I had blood drawn from Annie and she was super nice! She was sweet and kind; she also found a vein quickly which shocked me since I am notorious for having hidden veins. She quickly took 4 samples of blood. I was out in less than 15 minutes!! Annie is the best!!! I gave 4 stars because when I was waiting for the office to open I was super early and waited in front of the building, a young man i dont know if he's a nurse or what, opened the door to the building and I asked if he was from Quest and he said yes. I followed him and as we approached the door, he opened it and closed the door practically in my face. I realized that you would typically wait outside the door saw the covid distance stickers on the floor, but I didn't know that, its not like I have blood drawn everyday. He should have been less rude about that. I was going to say something but after my pleasant visit, I decided it wasn't worth me complaining about a possibly miserable person with no etiquette.

Great experience, recommended if you need lab work. I was promptly invited inside, given a mask, treated really well by Annie who was super courteous, professional, and efficient. All went smoothly and quickly. I would recommend this location.

I made an appointment and my doctor sent them my electronic order. I arrived early. A very rude employee named Joya came out to the very dreary and dirty waiting room to tell me that they don’t have access to electronic orders and closed the door on me mid sentence. Her attitude and demeanor was surly, rude and the whole facility is unprofessional. Apparently you have to have your doctor fax the order at the time of your appt. Good luck coordinating that. Will never be back.

I had a horrible experience with the technician. She wasn’t paying attention to what she was doing and jammed the needle in when changing test tubes. I had the worst pain I’ve ever had for 5 minutes and the site was hurting for hours. On top of that she said next time I am the one who is supposed to remind her to use a butterfly needle. Really? If a manager is reading this please contact me. This person shouldn’t be working at this position. Unfortunately I haven’t found a way to contact a real person to pick up the phone to discuss.

Annie is the best. Didn’t feel anything although she drew quite a few vials. She was caring, quick and has a great sense of humor! Overall great experience. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes.

Let me start by saying that having blood drawn is my worst nightmare. Nothing makes me more stressed. When I arrived for my appointment I was seen almost immediately. A very polite woman named Annie lead me back to one of the rooms. I told her how panic-inducing it is for me to get blood work done. She was very understanding and did everything she could to make me feel as comfortable as possible. She was eminently professional and made the whole process as quick and painless as possible. Afterwards, she took care to make sure that I was feeling well. She gave me a cold compress, told me to take all the time I needed, and was very kind and helpful. Thank you very much, Annie, for making the experience as pleasant as it could possibly be!

Had a reservation at 12:30pm, arrived at 12:40pm but the line was short and I finished my tests in 15 minutes.

When you walk in there is no staff. No hello welcome . It smells of tacos . Mmmmhhh tacos . Hopefully I won't be long . Maybe it's lunch time
