Just returned from my visit to this Quest location for my pre employment urine drug screen. I made the appointment online yesterday and confirmed this morning that I did not need to print out what my employer sent me. My appt was for 910, I show up at 9 and do the self check in which was super easy - scan QR code from appt email and scan drivers license. I was called in like a minute before 910 and was out by 915. My interaction with the one staff member was that she was professional and efficient.
Easiest sign in every medical office should have this smart sign in kiosk. Jamy took me 15 min early and I was out 10 min before my appointment was even scheduled for. She was so nice, professional, and quick. Made the whole process painless. Thank you Jamy!
They don’t accept walk-ins. It could be zero patients waiting and zero patients in the back and they’ll send you away. They’ll mostly be hiding in the back listening to music and disregarding patients all together. It really causes the nearest location to be over crowded and over worked.
Everything was perfect from start to finish. I got checked in within a minute of arriving, and the provider was extremely nice, informative and fast. 5/5!!
In and out in 15 minutes exactly. Amazing service! I booked my appointment online, i filled all my info o line. When I arrived I checked in with just a click on a link. Your initials show on a screen as soon as you check it, and shows time to wait, it also shows if you’re by appt or walk-in. After only 3 minutes wait. Nurse called me. It was quick and easy, and done! 8 blood and urine test in 15 minutes. Organized and User friendly appt system!
I went on a Monday and the door was locked. Waited/knocked/tried calling them and finally left 15 minutes later since there was no response. I had to take time off from work again later in the week only to be told that their door was previously broken and they couldn't be bothered to put a notice up for people coming in. Waste of time and uber money! When I finally did get to my appointment, the nurse was extremely rude and unprofessional. Avoid this place!
Like most of healthcare in America, this place is technologically backwards, inefficient, slow, and an impediment to the improvement of the health of Americans at large. I signed in, got my blood drawn, and still don’t see the results online. Of course, when I call them, they simply do not pick up or it goes to some Byzantine automated call. So now I have to physically go back to this location and ask for my test results, wasting time and money. Thank you quest, for being such an incompetent organization, I hope you’re at least making a lot of money off the misery of those you treat.
I got in within a minute of walking in the door with an appointment, even with arriving a few minutes early. Pauline helped me and took my blood, and she made it completely painless, and she was very very nice and somehow made it a relaxed experience.
Had an appointment for 1:15pm today and the office was locked when I showed up at 1:13pm. Lights on, signs on the door said they would be open, but no one was there. Also there is no direct number to call to get an actual live person at that office to speak to; the automated system and national service center that does answer was of no help. I don’t know if the staff just decided to leave the office or never show up, but it is very inconvenient to have patients make appts while not intending to honor them.
I used the "walk in now" option on Quest's website because I couldn't find any appointments in the near future. It said there would be a 7 minute wait, and it would hold my place in line. Sounded great! I arrived, signed in, and the board told me it would be a 2 minute wait. Sounded good to me. There are no employees around, all of the lab techs are behind a locked door. A Spanish speaker didn't understand how to check in, and the check-in machine didn't have Spanish as an option. Luckily, another Spanish speaker helped her out. I was there to see this because my wait wasn't 2 minutes after all. A guy walks out, says the lab techs keep talking to each other, not working. Half an hour after I arrive, my name disappears from the board. A tech opened the door for someone else, I asked why my name was gone, she told me harshly to give whoever had me a minute, I just wanted to know why my name was gone. The lab tech took her time calling me. I was polite to her even though I was frustrated, but she wasn't apologetic, and when I told her the board told me 2 minutes, and I was there for half an hour, she didn't care. I've had blood drawn countless times and don't think it's a big deal, and this was pretty painful. Half an hour after, the band aid fell off and I could see a bruise forming. This is the closest Quest to me, but I won't be going back again.
