The 2 stars is for the woman in the back, she was sweet and made my 5yr old feel comfortable doing blood work. However the overall environment would have been great had it not been for one unprofessional individual that was blasting inappropriate music and singing in the office. I was totally shocked at the level of unprofessionalism.

We did not have an appt for a covid test. We were able to go to the lobby Andale a general apot within a few minutes as a walk in. Lucy was so very very helpful and polite and professional. She helped me complete the scheduling appt on line, took our samples and we were on our way.

Horrible don’t even bother making an appointment . Just go as a walk in . I saw 2 people who came after me being called before me . I saw 20 mins early on top of that . And I never got called

I was turned away in-person after scheduling an appointment online the website did not function for me to order a kit and then Quest Diagnostics charged for a service I never received. I don't recommend this clinic.

Very fast and efficient. Lots of time slots available. Clean facilities. Very pleased.

Absolutely the WORST clinic during the covid crisis. Even now, in Sept 2021 when testing is super important for us to detect the spread of the delta variant, Quest will schedule you for an exam, you show up to a room full of angry people who have been waiting for hours, and then once you are called, tell you that you do not have a proper "order" & therefore they cannot perform the PCR test for you even though you provided all the insurance info + got a proper appt -- why? bc they want your doctor to ORDER a test for you, i.e. so they can charge + both sides profit from what's already been funded by the govt down to the local level for Covid19 testing. This org should be defunded & absolutely removed from providing medical care because they obviously care more about $$ which is already funded by the govt. Go to labq plenty of mobile testing sites available in NYC that will test you for free & test results within 10 hours. I hope govt officials are reading this so they can start investigating why Quest is turning down folks that want to get tested for Covid to stop the spread of this virus & yet are given the run-around. Absolutely disgraceful!

No reception... just came here to drop something off... waiting almost an hour.. only a sign in screen.. when asked to speak to someone they said your name will be called

I went there and and after checking in electronically I was greeted by a lady approximately 5’-2”with glasses who could not speak English very well. However that was not the problem, her attitude and brash way of treating me was needless to say the worst customer service I have experienced at a lab. I hope that whomever attends in the future receives better Customer service than I did. Oh and by the way I was suppose to get my test results in two - four days. I have yet to receive anything and they’re call system has done nothing but try my patience, I might just have to go in person to find out why I have been delayed nearly two and a half weeks to find out my results.

This Quest Diagnostics is the worst experience anyone could have. Be prepared for an overcrowded, small waiting room with no chairs with standing room only. Slow, incompetent and rude staff. I wouldn’t wish this on anyone.

Visited for a last min same-day blood test from doctor. Kiosk sign in, very fast. Got called in 2 min. Waiting room has plenty of chairs and a TV. Staff was very professional and friendly. The facility is very clean and spacious. Great experience in-and-Out.
