I scheduled for a morning appointment here and got there 15 mins early. The intercom downstairs show the number you have to dial and the door was opened immediately, and I didn’t encounter any issues. The staff was friendly and explained the minimal paperwork for me to sign, got my blood drawn and was done before my appointment time. Would recommend!
Everyone come here! Shanique was amazing! First time I’m in and out. She found my vein quick and didn’t hurt like most who do blood work. This will be lab work spot from now on! Thank you! I was a walk in. Waited maybe 10mins!
I came right before their lunch hour. I wasn’t able to collect the amount the first time so I had to redo it. I just waited to them to come back. The staff was nice and they explain to you what you have to do. The results came quickly for pre-employment screening. Convenient location. I passed by the building a couple times, a bit hard to see their number, but otherwise, I’d to to this location again.
When booking an appointment here, the company fails to give you instructions for how to enter when you arrive. Example: code to the door, floor, etc.
Labcorp should be the last place you should go to! I went in and confirmed the blood tests to be taken TWICE. They failed to do the correct set of 3 tests that were on the prescription. Furthermore they left me with a black and blue mark on my arm, and they don't even carry butterfly needles for a more comfortable experience because it's less convenient for them.
Despite arriving for an 8:45 a.m. appointment early, checking in through the kiosk and having a confirmation number, it still took over an hour for a simple blood test. The lone worker had no evidence of my appointment despite the fact that I literally had checked in already and had a confirmation number, was rude and terribly inefficient. I had fasted, so waiting a full extra hour was brutal. I feel worse for the poor woman who was there for a urine test and waited about as long as me and she had an appointment as well. She had downed several cups of water and looked miserable. The location itself was messy and perhaps nothing symbolized the issues with it more than the wall clock that off by two and a half hours from the real time. Go to a different Labcorp location, this one's awful.
I didn't have any issues with this location. It looks like the buzzer system gave a lot of people issues, but when I went it was broken so getting in wasn't a problem. I walked in around 11 am and was out in about 20 minutes. I only saw two employees so they are definitely understaffed for the volume of people they are seeing.
I was seen at my appointment time, and it was a quick and painless experience.
The place is super clean and the nurse is really nice too. It isn't that hard to find. They also immediately answer the door bell when I rang it.
Worst experience. they seriously need a better system for the buzz door. The receptionist / nurse was very rude. I have a good vein and I never have issues with blood draws, it literally never hurts. This time, the pain was excruciating, and spread to my whole arm, to the point I cried. Hours after, it still hurts. Please have people that is trained to make the patient feel safe, calm, and comfortable.
