LabCorp

Honestly, I’ve never reviewed anywhere before- especially a labcorp. However, I feel the need to warn everyone that I’ve never gotten worse treatment from someone who works at a front desk in my whole life. This woman was rude to the point where she was arguing with me when all I needed was a paper faxed from a different labcorp location something I have had done multiple times before with no issue. In the end, she literally got up and walked away from me and asked someone else to “handle it” because she “wanted no part in me”. I will never be back here. Be warned- bring your patience caps because this lady will test you.

Well the personnel is limited, the lab is down stairs in the basement the place is kinda tiny but,they do good. They are not rude and don't give you attitudes. It's usually fast . The place is clean. I don't complain . It's not a big fancy expensive lab but they do good.

Worst service ever. The woman at the front desk has absolutely no care for patients or manners. She hates her job, fine. Not our fault. Could not have been more mistreated, I'm even upset at having to give them one star.

Staff at the front desk are incredibly rude. Act like they're doing you a favor just to do their job. People in any sort of customer-facing role should at least have the decency to be kind.

This is located in a basement , só conditions are not really the best. I think staff is ok if you consider that sometimes I It's one person only in the reception and taking blood ... free Wi-Fi . I came here for my glucose curve 3 hours test, and it was like forever , but the nurse was very efficient taking my blood . Do make appointments online .

This place is the worst. For one they never answer their phone. I had blood work done there 3 months ago and they were supposed to send over the results to my doctor and still nothing. I don’t understand how can something to be fax or sent over take so long. I had to personally take time off of my from work to go there and make sure it gets done. Very disappointed with their service, well at least with this location.

Staff was great once you talk to them. Super funny and sweet. Was actually roaches in the bathroom and long wait. So it's on the better side of mediocre.

Have been to several LabCorp locations through the city and this has been by far my favorite. I’ve came to this location 3+ times and was provided with excellent and quick service. There is practically no wait and staff is very friendly.

I've been going for the past 6 months once a week and every time was a great experience I never once waited longer than 5 minutes and each 3 of the ladies who work there is very gentle and very sweet every morning greeting me with a smile

The staff is awful! They would not give me the results and they wouldn't send the results to the Dr. I had to call 4 times so they would finally send the lab results to the Dr! It is unacceptable and have informed my primary Dr to never send patients there.
