What a difference the right staff and tech makes. After my fiasco at a Brooklyn location the day before, the experience here was well above my expectations. Do I dare say it was perfect? I arrive a few mins early. There was a PERSON there to greet and help anyone that had questions or needed help. That’s a major plus. After I registered my name actually showed up on the list of appointments. A few mins later my name was called. The technician pulled up my lab work order on the computer with absolutely no fuss. And FIVE MINUTES after my scheduled appointment I was done. No exaggerations!! This was my second visit there. The first was many years ago but I remember it also went smoothly.
I had to get poked twice by Angela because of her error. I also left with two bruises. I also had to ask for them to label my specimens before I left because I was worried they would get lost. My blood work was lost. I definitely would not go back to this place.
Very nice experience at this location. Very human approach. Thank you. We were walking in and we waited less than 5 minutes. The lab technician Pauline was very kind and gentle. She was very considerate if the patient is ok. The place is very clean. I recommend this place.
Had a slight issue when checking in but once I informed them I was skipped they immediately got me taken care of. The phlebotomist was fast and I barely felt the stick! There seemed to be a good number of phlebotomists on site and there was someone at check-in helping. Would definitely recommend this site.
Had my blood drawn for an allergy test at this clinic. The technician left me with a massive raised bruise/hematoma in my left arm. I wouldn’t recommend. I’m a healthy person with large, easy veins to draw blood from. The plus side is there was no wait at this clinic.

Waited half an hour after my scheduled blood work. My standing order was lost. I nearly fainted giving blood and was told to leave before asking if I was even okay. Please go to another Quest.
Extremely rude, mean, nasty. I've gone here many times before but was treated like a piece of garbage because my doctor didn't put any prescription info into the computer. They could have been nice about it but chose instead to be dismissive, rude, mean and nasty. I will never go here again and I wish I could never go to Quest again but that wouldn't be okay with my insurance co. Such a bad experience. I can't recommend this place at all. They can't even pretend to be nice.
I'm giving the 2 stars for the convenient location, quick check in process, and for all the good lab techs that helped me before. I have been coming here for a while but today was not a lucky day cuz I met the most unprofessional lab technician ever. She couldn't find my brachial Vein and started poking around with the needle. I had to tell her to stop because she was treating me like an experiment. When I asked for an extra bandaid, she then said I should just apply pressure and if I get a bruise, it's my fault. I'm an adult and I had blood tests done before. I know what works for my body. I hope quest can retrain her to be nicer to the patients and improve her skill.
I’ve been going here quite frequently over the last 6-7 months and the staff has all been great. Never a long wait time, and I always just walk in. I don’t think I’ve waited over 10 minutes and that was only once- generally under 5 minutes. It’s usually very quick, easy, in and out. All of the techs have been great- I had Angela yesterday and she was kind, efficient and painless. I also like how fast you get your results in the my quest portal.
