I had to come get blood work done 5-6x in summer/fall ‘22. Never had a bad experience except weird they close 12-12:30 when a lot of people need to come over a lunch break. Otherwise, everyone I ever saw was pleasant and quick and good at drawing blood!
Truly the least helpful and least friendly lab in the city. When I asked a question, the technician seemed put off that I was bothering her. The facilities are also old and very rundown. The bathroom you use for urine collection literally has the faucet and toilet seat taped down with packing tape so ppl can’t cheat on drug tests. I can’t believe this is the image that lab corp is going for.
I was nervous to go here after reading reviews, but they were wonderful. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. She made the process quick and painless. Wish I remembered her name cause she was lovely.

Wow. This must be the job for someone who can't get a job anywhere else. Aside from how senseless her responses were to my very simple questions, I've never seen a receptionist be so unkind. I walked out and I'm very happy I did. I only read these google reviews after walking out. I didn't know the receptionist was going to be the one taking my blood. I wouldn't want someone so mean spirited anywhere near me with a needle. Please go to another labcorp location, this one will ruin your good mood.

Not a good place to go!!! Be aware of the pitbull. The receptionist was the technician 08/27/21 at 1:50pm and apparently she was by herself and she was very overwhelmed,rude and unprofessional. Throughout the whole hour i was there waiting she was shouting to everyone she is there by herself and nobody is helping her etc. like somebody was giving her a hard time. meanwhile everyone was sitting and being quite and understanding. This is my first experience and my last as a place of business you don’t treat people like that smh.
My experience went pretty well at this location. I had to do a drug test for a new job. I walked in without an appointment at 7:30am and it was quick and painless. The lady at the front desk was nice and the electronic check-in process was a breeze. Only reason why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because I wish the business hours were longer to accommodate people who work from 9-5pm. However, I had a pleasant experience overall I was in and out within 10-15mins.
I am completely shocked by this place. There is only one person there and being VERY unprofessional! She didn’t tell me what to do next and just give me item assuming I should know. After I step out I realize there is some test missingfortunately I know what tests I am doing, and as I returned I was told they can’t do certain test here and I need to find somewhere else! No body tell me this that I have tests missing! Worst experience ever. Don’t go there find another labwork site.
First time I used this LabCorp location. I made my appointment online and arrived just before the scheduled time. I did not wait at all and had my blood tests completed quickly and professionally. I would definitely use this location again without hesitation. Thanks, Ken!
