Until today I've always had good experiences at LabCorp. Checked into this new-to-me location an hour ago, and still waiting. As there are two people ahead of me, one whom has been waiting 90+ minutes, I'm not going to be called soon enough to make my afternoon appointment. INCREDIBLY slow and understaffed.
Had a terrible experience today. The technician drawing my blood kept twisting the needle in different directions in my vein in an attempt to draw blood. It was very painful & I asked her to stop as I felt dizzy & almost passed out. Will have to visit a different location to get it redone. I had an appt but had to wait approx 35 mins past my appt time.
Took my 6 year old here for doctor ordered bloodwork. They destroyed the blood sample by putting the wrong code on the test. Nobody at the lab notified us or the doctor’s office. The doctor had to call to find out what happened. We weren’t offered a refund and there was no follow up. Incompetent and negligent.
Got in and out under 15 minutes. Tim, the tech, was great. Painless and quick!
Best labcorp I’ve been to in the city! The woman that drew my blood was super fast and kind and kept checking in on me. I didn’t have to wait at all to be seen.
Been here a couple times now; once for a blood draw and another to drop a test off. Both doctors were so nice.
Had an fast and pleasant experience at this location. I was in and out within 10 minutes and the phlebotomist who drew my blood made the process extremely easy and as pain free as possible. Would definitely recommend this location over others.
Dr. Huang is extremely experienced. I was very impressed by how quickly the test was done, and relatively painlessly. We talked through it. Very quick in and out. You can only get this with someone who's been doing this for 20 years. Come if you're afraid of needles and want steady hands!
Huang was AMAZING. I usually spend over an hour at lab places and offices because they can’t find my veins. Before I could even say that, she found the vein, drew the blood and was out in 2 minutes. That has never ever ever happened to me ever. I’m going there all the time. Highly recommended!!!!! Thank you Huang!!!
I have very bad veins, but they always find a way. Friendly and accommodating. Always quick even when you don't have an appt which I never have. Never crowded any time I've been there.
