The Phlebotomist was the rudest, coldest and most inept I've ever had. Not only did she fail to get all my blood vials done after stabbing me and redirecting the needle, she didn't answer any of my questions, didn't try any other veins. She just kept saying "ask your doctor" "You have no veins" or just shrugging and SNEERING. My arm is black and blue and a hot lump and I have to get my bloods done from another place, bloods I really need for meds, and now that vein is totally busted b/c of her. Ratchet.
There was no receptionist, no one approached me upon arrival, until I said hello to see if anyone was there. A nurse popped her head out with a sandwich in her hand which is reasonable hence she’s probably the only person working at the time. She told me to fill out my information on the pad and proceeded to do the blood draw. 4 days later I am still bruised and had blood clots from the withdrawal. I have never experienced this before when doing blood tests. Very poor experience unfortunately and will definitely not be returning.
The nurse never sent in my blood samples . I never got my test results. The visit was awful -She said she needed my doctors ID. I called the office and got the number but she wouldn’t write it down she said it had to be faxed. So my doctor wrote the number on the order and resent it. She made me go back to the waiting room and wait for 45 minutes while she took care of other walk ins and when I finally got in her room she proceeded to jab my arm so hard I had bruises for a week. BUT the most important part is she must’ve not sent my blood samples in because 10 days later I have no results. Avoid this place. They hate their jobs here and I hope they find a job that will make them happy
I try to avoid this location E22nd, simply because most of the people working there are just so miserable. No bedside manner, no pleasantries. If you smile and say hello, you MIGHT get a grunt in return. As a business owner myself, I would have a serious sit down with the staff about the importance of humanity - ESPECIALLY when people are having medical issues. Shameful.
This place is miserable. The people that work here do not enjoy working here. Correction person. There’s only ever one nurse, no receptionist. There are no appointments. You will have to wait ~1 hour. They do not value their patients here nor their time. One nurse manages everyone who comes in and working in the back with patients. I had a physical done at Advantage care next door and I was asked to draw blood next door at Quest Diagnostics. This place does not do appointments and is short staffed!!!!
I had basic labs done this morning at the e22st location. It went very smoothly, only one patient ahead of me and a short 5 minute wait. The staff were pleasant and very professional. This was my 3rd or 4th visit here and all visits went very smooth.
Incredibly slow. No one was treated for half an hour. Seemed no medical staff even on site. Receptionist was busy texting and not at all focused on her job or the many waiting patients. The woman who eventually arrived and took my blood was fine.
The check in and wait time were seamless, and my tech was excellent in both drawing blood along with her bedside manner. Thanks!
Excellent! First time going and I was expecting a dingy place and long process - on top of that, who wants to get blood drawn. Facility was new and extremely clean and well maintained. Everything from the easy sign-in process to the quick wait to the friendly staff was beyond my expectations for what I thought would be a disaster. Tun was who helped with my lab work. He was professional and knew what he was doing to make the process quick and painless. Thank you for going above and beyond at this location!
Horrible experience. Waited over 1 hour to get told "you need a doctors order". This is stated nowhere in the facility. I asked "Why couldn't someone have told me that at check-in?". I was told, "Who would have told you that? It's only me working here". It's called a walk-in clinic. Not a "walk-in with order" clinic.
