Irene get a five star plus with me. I have to lay down for blood tests or I can easily pass out. Irene is gentle and very understanding of my situation. Such a nice person and extremely great at what she does. Thank You Irene

Suzette was amazing! She helped me get more comfortable I prefer to recline/lie down, and she opened a window so I wouldn't feel hot and clammy and, even though it took a few sticks to get me, there was no pain! It usually takes a few tries but there's also usually more pain, so this was a pleasant change. Check in was quick since I made an appt online.

Flor it’s an Amazing phlebotomist the best ever I always is there for me and everyone in the waiting room. Flor’s customer service make that my experience in Quest Lab is amazing. I come to the same location since 2013, and since then Flor has been there to help people. This is one of the reasons I always come back to 314 west 14th Street at Quest Lab even after I moved out of Manhattan.

GIVE A RAISE to the person who works there who was greeting incoming people on 3/15 - she was wearing pink crocs with decorations on them. So friendly and cheerful. In the few minutes I was waiting, she was asked a million questions, and she treated everyone with equal respect and kindness. This is sadly rare to nonexistent in other NYC healthcare “front offices.” She was surely the cause of the good vibe in the waiting area. And everything others said about Flor is true. She is funny, kind, considerate, and went out of her way to make things convenient and comfortable for me. Give her a raise too!! As long as they’re both at this place, I’ll always go out of my way to come to them.

Phlebotomist dug around for my vein until it hurt. Then she withdrew the needle too much, letting air into the tube. In the end she wasn’t even close to filling the tube. I’ll probably be getting radically inaccurate results back.

I had an absolutely terrible experience with this Quest diagnostics location. My results took 5+ weeks to be returned to me for an extremely important bloodwork test that I needed to diagnose an autoimmune disease. I called daily about my results and my phone calls were never returned and the mailbox was always full. The lack of accountability from Quest and those working at this location in particular is dangerous for people whose health is at risk. I will never return to this location.

First time at this facility. Was anxious because I needed a lot of tests done, I have small veins and usually have blood drawn at my doctor's office. Lovely young woman greeted visitors, helped us check in at the kiosk, and patiently answered questions - which was very much appreciated. Had an appt and did not wait long to be called. Jen, the woman who logged my tests, and drew my blood was wonderful and communicative. She got my vein on the first try and made me feel relaxed. Made an appt for a few days later to drop off test sample, and again the young woman there greeted me, and helped me check in. Another staff member then called me to collect the sample. All in all a smooth, efficient process. Just waiting for results. My thanks to the staff here.

The office staff was very rude and not accommodating nor professional. The 2 ladies who worked there this morning, 12/7/22 used a derogatory word when talking with each other in front of me.

Update: A man was in the waiting area calling her names at 8am. I was ready to pull my phone to record if he tries to do something stupid. He claimed he had an appointment and needed to be seen right away but Flor explained to him he checked in as a walk-in. The entitled man just yelled “I don’t know how this thing works and I am late for work!” The moment Flor was done taking care of a patient she admitted the guy with a caring voice like as if nothing happened even tho the guy didn’t bother to check in correctly. When Flor called my name a woman dashed in to the room and tried to take my spot I’m pretty sure this happens a lot to Flor. Be nice to her. Flor is the best! I love her. Been going with her for a while now. Made me comfortable and always fun!

I love flor. I only ever come to this quest diagnostic location instead of any other locations or labs because I know flor will be here and will be friendly and efficient. This is the first time I did an appointment instead of a walk in and it worked great. Flor had me in on time and out in less than 5 minutes. She’s a gem!
