I just had to make the hardest decision of my life to put my 14 year old best friend to sleep... it's a decision that I have been trying to come to terms with... the entire staff shared their condolences and made me feel at ease... they are the most loving, patient, compassionate vets office around... the respect they showed my dog before and after death gave me the closure that I needed I thank each and everyone of you!

I had no idea this 24/7 vet clinic existed and I am so grateful to know of them now. Everyone (from the person who greets you and your pet as you walk in, to the intake nurses, to the vets) receives you with genuine concern. The clinic operates like a well-oiled machine and the personal follow-up is extraordinary. I received three phones calls (2 from the vets and 1 from the nurse) within just a few hours of bringing my dog in and leaving him there for overnight treatment. I went to bed knowing that eyes were on him constantly, so I was able to rest better.

We drive from Lake Charles to bring both or girls here. The staff is ALWAYS friendly and the Docs are kind and caring. They always take their time with us. Even the girls are excited when we get there. They are comfortable with everyone there. WE LOVE THIS PLACE.

Highly recommend for veterinary care! The friendliness of the staff, cleanliness of facility, and compassion for your animal is 5 stars. Dr. Tony Nauta and assistant Mallory were fantastic with my extremely anxious boxer/pit. Although we had never been their I explained what was going on and they scheduled an appointment for me in 30 minutes so I wouldn't have to wait with my anxious dog. I love LVCC!! The staff members are always friendly and accommodating and their new 24/7 hours have been a blessing for this working (with a commute) dog momma. I've used them for grooming, wellness visits, daycare, boarding, and training and all of their services are exceptional. I highly recommend LVCC.
