Unfortunately I have to give one star to leave this review. This company has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. When my loan was unfortunately transferred to this lender, they showed my payment as late, even though they took the money from my account. It took 6 phone calls to finally straighten it out (or so I thought), each time I was assured that their error was fixed and they would show my account as current. Today (4 months later) I found out they show my account as having a late payment. This has been the most frustrating company to work with. Every time I call, I get a different answer. I do not trust anyone I talk to and will be refinancing at a higher rate just to get away from this lender. I will definitely be reporting them to BBB. Do not use this lender!

The worst customer service I've ever experienced! I regret the day my mortgage was sold to this company. I have been on hold for 34 minutes after endless useless menus. Very frustrating experience.

This company, is the worse I started refinance application in June of 2016, I gave them all of my information. So they said they could do the refinance. Needless to say they gave me the run around month after month with little communication, No return calls or just to let me know what was going on. So they did 2 more applications, for a total of 3, so in April of 2017. They said they couldn't help me, a waste of time. They are also famous for saying your application is in underwriting, "A stall tactic" Stay away from them.
