Tim was great to work with on our jumbo loan for our new home. This is the 3rd time we have worked with him (two refinances before). Always seems to have the best rate, relatively smooth process, and closed on schedule.

Tim and his team @SkyFinancial did a wonderful job in getting me the best mortgage rate and good savings. I will definitely recommend sky financials to my friends and family. Being a first time home buyer, I had to go back and do my research after every conversation with their team. But Tim was kind enough to address all those concerns and the whole process was smooth. The key was patience. My only recommendation for their team is to provide customers with a basic checklist and some references about the whole process before hand.

Tim, Jenique and their team at Sky Financial did an amazing job with my recent loan application process. I thank them very much for their help in getting the loan closed without any problem. Everything went well at the closing table. They were always available to answer any questions I had very patiently throughout the whole process. They were also always very supportive and confident that there won't be any last minute issues and they were absolutely right.
