I took out an auto loan. Lost my job and Welsfargo worked with me. They assigned me to an account specialist. Made it so that I missed some months to get caught up, but extended my payments to a few extra months for the life of the loan. I communicated with them to let them know what was going on and they assisted me to get through the terms of my loan. I had a great experience with Welsfargo!!

DO NOT GET AN AUTO LOAN FROM WELLS FARGO. They say they'll work with you for late payments but they dont!!! Next thing you know theyre charging you the full balance or give you a settlement of 4 months to pay a ridiculous unreachable monthly amount. I had to surrender my vehicle and it is STILL SITTING OUTSIDE MY HOUSE WAITING TO GET PICKED UP. ITS BEEN 3 MONTHS! My account manager Dan was extremely NASTY and was no help AT ALL. Every time I call to see when its getting picked up...they say it needs to be approved! What approval takes 3 months, to just tow the car?! If it was on a repo list they would pick it up with no hesitation. This company is horrible and everyone they hire must not have experience because they never know what theyre doing or who to transfer me to.

I have NEVER had a problem with them servicing my loan. My interest rate was a little high but my credit wasn't perfect five years ago. They allowed me to do a seven year loan so the payment was more than affordable. For five years I have always paid on time through the web site and haven't had a need to contact them. So there has been NO PROBLEM. Hey folks, PAY YOUR BILL! I'm sure if your loan is current you wouldn't have such crappy experience.

Not sure what all the negativity is about. I took out a 5 year auto loan and always paid on time. No issues, but I didn't expect to have any since I honored my end of the contract.

Wells Fargo sucks!!! I have an auto loan through their dealer services and every time I try to make a payment my password no longer works. I swear this stupid site never stores your password. I’m not surprised as this is the company with crooked leaders at the top. Wells Fargo I hope you go out of business because you suck at business. I will be refinancing my loan with a better bank.
