Landmark Construction & Emergency Services

I work for a church in east Memphis and when we had the heavy rains last week, we had a basement area that housed one of our boiler units flood. the electricity was out and our sump pump was not able to remove the water that eventually was up to over 21". we did not know who to call, and luckily the first company i called after a google search was Landmark. they came out and brought a pump and removed the water. This is my first experience with Landmark and will be my first call in the future.

Our roof was leaking, we called Landmark and they sent someone before the rain stopped. The roof was patched and remained this way until we had the entire roof replaced. Landmark also removed the wet insulation and sheet rock to keep the wood from mildewing. Did a great job.

Dana at Landmark Construction can help you with your construction and repair needs. My favorite part about this company is that they offer a service called 1-800-BOARD-UP. You call this number and they offer emergency board up service in the case of fire, flood, or any major damage to the exterior of the house. Great company!

Landmark re-constructed our water damaged house (an entire first floor) from buckled hardwood, spongey carpets and wet drywall back to where it was pre-damage. They are a company that dots their i's and crosses their t's, and stays on top of all the subspecialties required for these projects to be successful. Would highly recommend them!
