Landmark Apartments

Went to visit a friend for a week who stays here and by the end of it was looking at moving in. From the outside it doesn't look like much. I was actually annoyed by how long it took me to find her number. But once I got inside I was very impressed. She was explaining about how management will work with you for any issue and how long it took her to find this place. The area was nice. Very very safe. Private Parking Lot, I didn't feel I had to worry about locking my car or hiding my valuables. And during my stay I met several of the neighbors who saw me around and introduced themselves. Really friendly place. My son immediately took a liking to some of the kids downstairs who played outside and it was a huge relief to let him play without the anxiety of being in unfamiliar territory. Yes, it's the type of place you don't have to worry about your kids playing outside or being out of sight for a second. Affordable on-site laundry. Very nice.

I haven't been there long, but the new management is absolutely amazing! They are really willing to work with you as long as you keep communication. I've lived in Columbia my entire life, and in the past, these apartments have had a very bad reputation. But the difference is absolutely stunning! Definitely a good complex to work with!
