I have a lovely home but every time I try to use the Landmark Records Portfolio provided by the builder, the paint colors are simply wrong. It LOOKS official and printed by a computer, but I've been in our house two years and in that time we've had to try and match paint colors provided twice. Twice the Landmark Records Portfolio manual was wrong. The TownHouse is very nice but the documentation and service after the sale leaves something to be desired.

I had a custom home built by Landmark - and the entire experience was great. My wife and I had custom designs in mind, and it was all made possible. I'm looking forward to an increase in the value of my home and property in the upcoming years.
