This place is ran by TurnKey management and they don't care about your safety here, I stayed there and the last night of my stay I didn't get any sleep because of an altercation outside of the building and they wouldn't do anything about it even though I called several times but yet they expected me out on time. They were rude when I called them like I was bothering them.I had planned on returning to this establishment but not if I can't feel safe . I'm not sure what you are talking about but I didn't receive a full refund for my stay and if you think letting another guest cuss and scream outside my window from 2 AM to 7 AM is handling it then I guess we have a different opinion of customer service.

Surprised with early check in, by sister and I got an early start on our girls weekend. When we opened the door, we were thrilled with the space. The rooms were very clean and stocked with many amenities. The on site property manager greeted us and even helped with our luggage, as we had an upstairs room. Our stay was wonderful. We were even given a few extra hours with a complimentary late check out. If it were for these reasons only, I would give this property a five star rating. However, my story doesn't end on the day we left. Nearly 24 hours after checking out, I realized I left a very expensive purse and wallet in the closet. I immediately began calling. The room had already been cleaned. I knew the purse and wallet were gone. One hour later, my husband and i received a call from the property manager that my purse and wallet had been found by the cleaning staff and placed in the lost and found. Everything was in the purse and wallet, just as I left it. The honesty and integrity of the staff have gained my respect and loyalty for life. As a bonus, the property manager offered a gift certificate to Jack's Barbecue. My stay was wonderful and this experience has restored my faith in humanity. Thank you so very much. Allison Sharp

Rented a 2 bedroom vacation condo. This place was disgusting, run down and tiny. The only heat is from a wall unit in the living room area, there are no vents in the bedrooms. When we woke up in the morning our bedroom was so cold we had ice on the inside of the window and you could see your breath. One of the chairs in the living room was broken. The single bathroom was so small you could not even turn around in it. Basically my college dorm room was bigger and nicer then this dump.

Stayed here for a week. Perfect little two bedroom apartment. Close enough to everything. Loved having a fridge, microwave, and laundry room available. Quiet for most nights, although Saturday was a party. Service was great and fixed the one issue we had with the shower within 30 min. Would definitely recommend to anyone on a budget who doesn't want to stay downtown.

This place is gem! Beautiful, clean, convenient and great prices. Would recommend it to anyone.
