Landmark at Glenview Reserve Apartment Homes

I originally gave Glenview a great review. I was very impressed with the inside and outside. This place is absolute utter garbage. The parking is beyond incompetent. The materials used to furnish the apartment, look like World War II fabrications. Not to mention, cockroach infested. It also, doesn't come with light fixtures in the main rooms. Glenview is a eye sore to the city of Nashville. for some proof:

DON’T DO IT! They’re getting worse and worse. They’ve started UNLAWFULLY placing highway stickers (those bright green stickers) on cars with expired tags and saying they will take you car away, which they have no legal right to do. If you ask the manager about it she’s “not sure” if it’s legal. She says they only do it because a (bored, lonely, and bitter) Sheriff’s officer lives there. She needs to leave her work outside of the property. Also this illegal practice is not mentioned in your lease, nor did they ever announce that they were doing it. You can sue and get your money back if they take your car! (Confirmed with corporate office)😉 Don’t ask them to fix anything, as the MAY or may NOT come. Also, they’ve started racking on extra fees that they can’t explain where it comes from all of a sudden. They do a lot of irrelevant things to act like it’s a cosmeticly nice place but it wears off almost immediately. They recently re striped the parking lines without repaving so they’re already fading. The gym has no A/C and I’m not sure if the TV has been stolen from the gym (as part of one the crimes on the property they warn us about) or if it’s been taken out. It was an OK place at first but now they’ve gone completely downhill. I’ve contacted the corporate office to confirm the illegal towing of vehicles, but I may have to call them AGAIN for the rest of the stunts they’re pulling. YOU CAN FIND SO MUCH BETTER FOR THE PRICES! TRUST ME!

The office staff is incredible and inviting. My apartment was beautiful when i moved in and the pool is gorgeous since they have done all of the upgrades since buying the property. I started living there when it was owned by another company, and it has improved so much! they are doing a great job!

I’ve talked to management about not having any air in my apartment for two weeks, no one came and checked on it at all with 90 degree weather. My smoke detector also caught on fire 🔥 yes my smoke detector and the air conditioning unit at the same time .

Didnt move here, i filled out an application and got approved. I did it at night and the next day I went to look at the place. The lady in the office was pretty rude. Long story short the website told me it would be 300 down. When i went there they quickly changed that and also the apartment listed on the website wasn't available but they had a more expensive unit that was. She said our website does that some time. Dont waste the 50 on application.
