Laurelhurst House

I enjoy working for Laurelhurst House, the care team at this community is truly second-to-none. This community has staff that have been here since 2005, which is amazing! The care partners are kind and caring everything one might hope for in someone rendering care to seniors. The med techs know their stuff and are dedicated to providing outstanding and person-centered service to each resident in the community. There is a new menu program we just started running which has our meals all being prepared from scratch and since introducing the new menu, the overall reception has been stellar! I have worked in senior housing for a decade and feel so lucky that I get to be a part of this stellar Laurelhurst House team.

I have a mother who lives at this community and I have never had a bad experience. The staff treat mom with the same respect, care and compassion they would their own family member. Some of the staff have even been there 15+ years which is pretty telling of the place as a whole. The building is in the middle of getting a face lift and the changes we can see currently are really great. My mom likes to try and be as independent as possible and it seems like everyone there is behind her in that providing encouragement and willingness to help if she asks but not just to do stuff for her. I live relatively far away and can sleep well at night knowing that my mother is getting the care she needs and deserves. Thank you so much for caring, especially through this past year with covid!

Just tried to call, so I could be connected to my aunt and as always. No answer. I have had no complaints from my aunt as her being cared for physically. But we bout her a lap top and one of the staff stole it jus before they quit. It seems like every time I go there more of her things are missing. The food is gross. I hate this place.

What an awesome place! The staff are so helpful...and the tenants are so kind to my mother who just moved there.....priceless...really priceless...thank you...
