My husband and I picked Dan Acton to sell our home, because we had such a positive experience with him 17 years ago when we originally bought the cabin we were now ready to sell. This was the first time we've sold a property and Dan truly made the process painless. Our cabin sold the first week it was listed and Dan's knowledge of who to call (we live across the state) to handle a couple of the things that needed doing before closing was invaluable. Hey, the man even stopped by to help my husband load our couch into the moving van--a gesture from a busy man this woman of a certain age with a bad shoulder appreciated more than words can say. Cannot recommend highly enough.

He was always available to talk and was there throughout the negotiation and closing process. Most important to us, Dan is honest. We trusted his opinion and his recommendations. He loves the area and he loved our property as much as we did. Now that we've sold our property, we'll miss him.
