I've known Kathy for more than ten years both professionally and personally. Kathy is hard working, honest, and always has her clients best interest at heart. She listens and tries very hard to understand her clients needs. Her negotiation skills are top notch and her knowledge of the area is invaluable. Trust me, you need a realtor that understands and has extensive knowledge of this area! Several years ago health issues forced me out of real estate. Since then I have referred my clients to Kathy because I know they are in excellent hands. Above all else Kathy is a realtor that truly cares about her clients.

Dee is an incredibly hard worker and great communicator every step of the way. She was honest and professional, we never felt like she was just trying to sell us a house, she wanted to ensure we found the perfect house. My spouse and I both had long lists of needs and he didn't stop until we found a home that had everything we wanted, and more. We have recommended her to all our friends, and acquaintances. We are so fortunate to have had her help through the overwhelming process of finding a home. Thanks again.

The realtor I had (Kathy Mosolf) from this office had NO backbone/ negotiating skills whatsoever. NO follow-up from anyone even after a letter was sent to the office letting them know of how disappointed I was with negotiating the purchase of this home. I have had to spend THOUSANDS of dollars after closing on this home that should have been the sellers cost. ALL TALK - take the money and run!!!! She new timing was critical for closing so she "had it in the bag". I will NEVER refer anyone to Cle Elum Windermere. As recently as this weekend I referred a potential buyer to someone who would do a better job, which was NO ONE FROM CLE ELUM!!!! UPDATE 5-17, TAKE YOUR MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE! This office is an embarrassment to the Windermere Name. I contacted the Managing broker (Dee Tucker-Gotch) for some paperwork that was needed on a septic issue since I will not give my realtor Kathy the time of day. She eventually called me back, sounded like she just woke up (5PM) and said sorry she couldn't help me! Save yourself a lot of grief and money - go to someone who is professional and will work for YOU not themselves. Lazy people to say the least!!!!

By far one of the most professional offices I've been to. Each agent was well educated and very helpful. It felt like I had a team of agents helping me instead of one! I would highly recommend this branch to anyone.
