We have worked with the Nick Mclean Group for almost 8 years now. With much success we have sold 3 homes and one large riverfront lot, even when the market was slow. Their greatest strength is in their professionalism and advertising. I was simply amazed at the phenomenal pictures they took of our home, when they listed it on the internet. Better than any other realtor we had ever used! They make the whole selling process simple and hassle free. Turnaround time on a listing was incredible! If we ever decide to sell in the future, we will only list with Nick Mclean!

WORST AND MOST HORRIBLE PLACE TO GO!!!! I was a first time home buyer, and they sure took advantage of it. Me and my wife thanks to them lost $3,000. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. And neither their sea first financial Melissa lander she’s a liar.

My realator was not involved in our transaction at all. I had to call the escrow company my self to be in the loop. They had never heard of my realator. He didn’t tell them I was out of state and also found out through them we were not closing for another month even though he’s said it was on time. He promised things at closing he couldn’t deliver. So missed out on money even though I have documentation that I would not. Being out of state you put your trust in people who are selling your home in this case documents and words don’t make up for the lack of follow through on his end. I would say my first Home selling experience was miserable.

I used Nick and his team to buy a house in East Wenatchee. I was very impressed with his ability to negotiate a great deal. Once we were under contract his team was able to help us with each step of the way. They organized the inspection, helped us craft a good response and even did some extra research for us on a septic issue that came up. I would not have wanted to do it without them. We absolutely love our house and you have made our transistion to Wenatchee so great. I probably should not write this here so your clients expect it but that weekend you started a sprinkler for us on our burned up lawn was over the top. Great service.
