Legacy Dental

What an amazing experience. Amber is the best hygienist I have ever been too. I have sensitive teeth and gums. She was so gentle and thorough. She gave me recommendations for tooth paste and tooth brush to help with sensitivity and cleaning to help avoid future damage to my gum tissue. Doctor Semerad was amazing. She took care of an old filling in need of repair and was attached to a new cavity. I could not feel a thing. Amazing work. Amazing staff who are friendly and know their stuff!

I would leave zero stars if I could. While Dr. Semerad seemed to be great, and the staff was courteous and friendly during my initial visit - it turned into a debacle trying to get an oral appliance for sleep apnea. The office team responsible for sending in the pre-authorization for insurance failed to send in all the necessary documents and lied to me about it when I followed up with them over the course of several weeks. When I confronted them with this information I received a rude and accusatory response back. After two months I finally gave up and sought out a new dentist who got the appliance approved and created in less than a month.

My first experience when I came to Legacy Dental was unlike any dental office that I had ever been to. Myself and my 3 children ages 7-11 were there for our routine teeth cleaning. Even though I had not been a client prior to this visit, Cathe, whom is the office manager treated us like we were already part of the Legacy Dental family. The Legacy Staff effectively manages communication at all levels. This included the office manager, dental hygienist, both dental assistants and Dr. Semerad. The day we walked in, we were greeted right away by Cathe and Mikaela. They were both immediately empathetic towards my customer expectations as I wanted to get in an out as fast as possible. (note: if your a single father with 3 small children you can certainly understand the importance..lol) The entire legacy team achieved and exceeded every goal I was hoping for. Everybody was pleasant with a friendly tone and very inviting. Amber and Mikaela showcased great team player abilities in executing a harmonious customer experience. The entire Legacy team made my first visit a very promising one that I will very likely return. The team worked so well together, not only did we all get our teeth cleaned, Dr. Semerad and Amy were able to get my oldest son's cavity filled, while Amber and Mikaela teamed up to get my twins teeth sealant applied. This all happened in one visit. Wow!! I would like to give a big shout out to the Legacy Dental “ALLSTAR” team who strives to build a good rapport with customer's and worked to consistently provide an exceptional customer experience. I felt very welcomed! The Doctor was so sweet & very sweet to her assistants! Team work was incredible you don’t usually see that with Doctors so I was very impressed! I love it here & will continue to return!
