Quality Dental Care

Great place. Literally the most professional and dialed in customer service operation of any dentist I've been to. Things run like a clock and the staff is friendly and competent. Assuming the medicine is up to par, the difference in experience is customer service. Whoever created the customer service system and culture here deserves credit for helping all patients feel like valued clients who are well taken care of and appreciated.

I have bad anxiety about the dentist so I’ve been avoiding some stuff for a few years now. Everybody here was awesome and made me totally comfortable. Darnell and Dr. Sand did my treatment- they were SO nice and seriously cared about me. I’m never going to another dentist as long as I live.

Dr. Kocian is fantastic! Thorough and recommends what's needed, and not what isn't. Darnell the dental assistant is terrific as well. Attentive and experienced. The offices gals are great too. No problems with scheduling or payments and insurance. Highly recommend!

It was my first visit- Switching from another dentist in Omaha. Remarkable that this entire office staff was so kind and friendly. From Sarah on the phone to the Hygenist to DDS to billing- all normal and nice people. Seemed very competent and explained everything. Would you people please give medical offices training on being nice to people?!
