I love going to Levi’s on 161 they are amazing very friendly it’s the only pawn shop I will go to. I have never had an issue with any of the employees there is 2 employees that are amazing if it was the old employees that was there they are rude and no longer there and for the owner never seen the owner or heard of the owner disrespecting customers you can’t just see someone in there everyday working and think it’s the owner. I will always be back to shop with Levi’s company
Good deals you just gotta ask. Good selection and some hard to find items. Update: be sure to check what you buy when it is handed to you, they may hand you the wrong items, like fake Morgan dollars.
I went to pick up my guitar out of pawn and they didn't accept cash so I went to the ATM across the street, the guy said he would have my guitar ready for me when I got back. When I got back, my guitar was on the counter and the guy had me sign a receipt or something. Then he walked away for a minute. I opened my guitar case to inspect my guitar and when the guy came back, I was about to ask him what the exact cost was, he said $XXX. I said OK and turned the guitar over to look at the back of it. Then he repeated it in a very rude, stern, almost a yell "$XXX". I put the guitar down and began counting my money and told him he didn't have to be rude. He said he wasn't being rude, I said he was being VERY rude, still counting my money. He then completely flipped out, slammed the guitar case shut, whipped it off the counter and put it in the doorway to the back room. For a second I thought he was going to throw it. He slid my money back towards me on the counter and yelled at me, "Now this is me being rude!" His face was red and veins were popping out of his neck. He was breathing very hard. What a complete psychopath! He yelled for me to have a good day and that now I wasn't going to be getting my guitar back. I calmly stated that I was pretty sure he couldn't keep my guitar from me. Then he said he would call his cop friend and tell him he thought the guitar was stolen. I was just about to reach for the phone myself to call the cops when he began to explain that I shouldn't have been inspecting the guitar before giving him the money, still panting loudly like an overly zealous police dog. How was I supposed to know? He even stated himself that he shouldn't have had my guitar on the counter and that it was his fault but in a very forced tone probably only because there were fellow employees around. In his mind, telling me the price was telling me to put the guitar down. For any normal person, it was letting me know how much to give him. He finally took my money and gave me the guitar. Crazy guy just couldn't handle me calling him rude. Threatening to call a friend on the police force and lying to him about thinking it was stolen just to keep me from getting it back was crossing the line. I decided to not say another word after that. Who knows what the guy would do if he was willing to do something like that. I'm not a frequenter of pawn shops but I will NEVER go here again. Will probably complain to BBB about the threat to lie to law enforcement.
Horrible employee's. When I walked in I over heard a customer asking why they were being so rude. I dismissed it and then asked a question of my own about a heavily used product. The product brand new was 5 percent more on Amazon, so I asked if they would lower the price. They then became upset and we're extremely rude. Take your money or goods elsewhere. Look at the recent reviews, they could care less, they even said it. Company is a joke, they think they're pawn stars it's hilarious. Avoid the lady that looks like she's wearing clown make up and smells like dollar store perfume and the skinny tweaker.
This was the worst customer service experience ever. The gentleman there now in a Hollister shirt has THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! He was very nasty and unpleasant, just rude for no reason. He then said because I was his first customer of the day with a TV thats why he had an attitude, I am so sorry but this is a Pawn Shop, correct??? Once I get my TV back, I will never go back to this location because of this guy.
Bad experience! The man was very polite, but I encountered a very rude Asian women that worked behind the counter! Brought in a t.v. to pawn but it a year older than what they wanted, so i brought in another one that was newer. I sat it on the counter and without looking at it, she says its too old. The man looked at her with this look on his face and said " I told her 2015 and newer" it was an 2017 model. Then points out that it was wobbly, so he takes out a screwdriver and tightens it. She was extremely rude and won't ever do business there as long as she's working there!
I pawn all my stuff here if need be necessary. The lady is extremely rude she will blatantly ignore you. Now the guy he is not the warmest person in the world but he helps me when I ask Questions my not be with a smile but he tells me what I need to know quick and easy. BETTER than the other locations specially on Morse road
Rude service. The lady wouldn’t even greet me when I walked in. She was hidden in the back corner on her phone. I had to walk around before I noticed she was there. When I asked her few questions she didn’t even bother to get up and help me. She shouldn’t even be working there because she was no help what’s so ever, not did she want to be there. I will be going to Lev’s on 5th. way better service and a very intelligent man works there.
Overly made up older lady seated behind the counter: What you looking for? Me: After looking around Where are the firearms? Lady: We don’t put out. Me: You don’t put firearms out on display? Lady: We don’t put out today. Me: pause Uh, ok. Walks out. Way to value your customer, Lev’s. I won’t be back. Now I see why you have a 3.1. Well, less now. I can’t wait to see if you reply to me. UPDATE: Now they have a 2.5. Working hard on that customer service, I see.
The owner basically sits in there all day disrespecting customers. The shop is also is also in a terrible area.
